We did not do alot but still worked abit on the car after the Essen Motorshow.
Heads got a first test fit with the cams, the diff will get a new final drive, the doors are finaly in carbon fibre, loads of parts arrived and Little Silvi is now back in my crappy bangla garage to get shit done....
So i will update more recently again from now on.. ;)

New Engine arrived - Nissan VK56DE
Then the chassis needed to be put together for Essen Motorshow which was a huge effort but worth it.
And the end result on the Essen Motorshow!!
Also i meet the King of Europe Staff and they surprised me with a nice award for the 2013 Season!

Last week the matal guru Daniel Mayer was quite busy on the car...
First he formed some Tunnels from the back seat area to the side walls. he also closed all the other holes that would allow smoke to come in the cabin what is not allways cool.. ;)
After that he made the first of many Carbon fibre parts.. :D
This will be my new Dashboard and saves about 4.5 Kg..
Also he started preparation for the carbon fibre front wings..
I was busy with sorting out electrical stuff. Mean get rid of unused stuff, try to simplify it and clean it up a bit as it is still a mess..

He is a chassis mad man!!! Little Silvi will stay there for the next 1-2 months to have a diet, repair some bodykit stuff and have it paintet again.
First step was to shave some weight!!
Slivi is now 35KG lighter than before!!
After removing all the stuff nobody really needs, he started building a frame.
This guy is not only into metal, he is also a Carbon Guru!! So he shortly made a Big Carbon Wing!!

Little Silvi and i have learned a lot!
The season itself was not that successful because of small troubles on the engine and other components but had a good end at Round 6 of the King of Europe Series when we took home second place.. :)
A big thanks goes out to all the friends, Driftbuddies and sponsors for the support during the season! This would not happen without you all!!
The end of 2013 means start rebuild 2014
We already started to disassemble Little Silvi.
Main focus will be on a new engine to make her more reliable. But we will also adress some other issues on the suspension, electronic and chassis itself.
She will be bigger and better in 2014!!!

After round 2 and 3 from King of Europe series in France and Spain we are still realy happy with what we have created here... Little Silvi performs good..
But still, now it is about evolution and details and there are a lot of them..
On the large track from Spain we had several smal issues.
First of all we hav a too long final drive, the S14 OEM is 3.6 what makes about 220km/h in 4. gear.. We now will use use an S13 R200 Diff with the ratio of 3.9. This will bring wheelspeed down to 200km/h in 4. gear... We realy hope this is enough to keep the wheels turning in 4 gear..
Also the powerband is not yet realy satisfying.. we have a nice figure of 460HP at 8300RPM but we have no midrange tourque. But thats due to the fact that we still run the initial suuuuper safe map. We did not have time to finetune it. But now we will do it. And if there is some time we going to map her on E85 which should make a huge difference trough the hole powerband.
Another issue was the wastegate gasket which basicaly blew up after each smoked tyre... :(
We will solve it with another gasket and fine treathed bolts and nuts.
After all this has been done we will going to test her from the 14-16.06 in Anneau du Rhin... :) Fingers crossed..

We qualified 9. out of 64 registrated Drivers form all over Europe!!
We won the Top 32 Battle 14:6 and had the honor to battle against the defending Champion Adam Kerenyi in the Top 16.
There we had the chance to see what we have created the last two years as his Car has around 600 HP and was by far the fastest car in qualifying.
To my surprise Little Silvi had the same speed... I started to grin and laugt, lost concentration and went of in the gravel... But still had quite a large grin on my face because we know now what we have created!!
Little Silvi is a Grip Monster and i could have a new nickname "Sir Grip a Lot" or even better "Sir Squat a Lot" muhahahahahah....
We ended up in 10. Place what is actualy more than we could hope for. First real outing with a car that has not been finaly mapped, had just a quick fix on the alignment and i have never realy driven before... ;)
